About Alexis
Hi, I'm Alexis. I am a therapist, mother, and longtime guide for parents.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Seattle with specialized training in perinatal mental health and Positive Discipline. My work centers mothers as whole people — your nervous system, your identity, and your relationships.
Whether you're preparing for postpartum, processing a difficult birth, or trying to parent differently than you were parented, I'm here to walk alongside you.
What I bring to the work
Perinatal Mental Health — pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and matrescence
Mind Body Connection — because motherhood lives in the body, not just the mind
Positive Discipline & Adlerian psychology — connection-based parenting tools that actually work
Brain science & nervous-system care — the foundation underneath all of it

Coaching Client
"What stands out most is how relatable Alexis is and how easy she is to talk to and bounce ideas off of. She makes the sessions feel really comfortable and nonjudgmental. The way she is able to use her own personal experiences to validate and teach is really helpful too. It’s definitely what every struggling parent wants to feel in a session when talking about their own reactions and challenges with their kiddos!"
