About Alexis

I am a passionate supporter of parents and families, and I believe no one should have to navigate early parenthood alone.

I began my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working in hospitals with families facing cancer diagnoses — walking alongside them during some of life’s most difficult moments. When my daughter was born in 2017, I realized I wanted to continue serving families, but in a way that focused on supporting parents themselves: their needs, their growth, and their ability to thrive.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to helping parents through all stages of early family life. I began volunteering to lead parent support groups, earned certifications in Perinatal Mental Health and Positive Discipline, and started teaching parenting classes that bring practical tools and compassionate connection to moms and dads.

Through Growing Together with Alexis, I now offer a range of support — from therapy and 1:1 parent coaching to workshops and classes on everything from intentional postpartum planning to Positive Discipline for toddlers and siblings. My approach blends evidence-based practices with lived experience as a mom, creating a safe, encouraging space for parents to learn, reflect, and grow.

Most of all, I believe parents deserve encouragement, community, and practical tools — so they can show up as their best selves for their kids and for themselves.
